It’s within a short walking distance to Edinburgh University Central Campus, shops, and bus stops, with links to every part of the city. The room is ideal for a student or a professional willing to live in the city centre on a tight budget. It comes with a single bed and cabinet space for storing your clothes, books, and suitcase, although professionals are very welcome.

The cost of the room includes only wifi and council tax. Electricity and gas costs around £60-£65 per month, bringing the total cost to around £555-£560 all bills included. The flat has double glazing windows and is typically at room temperature.
