The flat is a top floor tenement flat, very spacious with a large communal living room, separate work from home study room and kitchen with dining table and chairs. The kitchen has a gas cooker, oven, freezer, fridge and lots of cupboard space with all the main amenities. There is also a pulley, perfect for drying clothes. It's a shared shower room with great pressure and a separate loo.

Location
The flat is a 5 minute walk away from Haymarket Station and a 20 minute walk from Waverly Station. The nearest convenience store, a Sainsbury’s Local, is a 5 minute walk away. The flat is a 10 minute walk away from Lothian Road full of shops, restaurants, bars and a cinema too. Also, 10 minutes away is Union Canal, which is a great running route if you are that way inclined!

Housemate
Originally from Aberdeen I am 30 and work in the PR industry. I am a clean and respectful housemate and make a mean cuppa tea. Friendly and chatty I like to socialise, hang out with a glass of wine and watch TV, I also like my own time and to see / visit friends.
