The room is quiet and bright and has a wardrobe and under bed storage .
The flat- There is a large shared living space with 2 sofas (one being a sofa bed) dining table and linen cupboard and extra storage .
There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob , utensils, dishwasher , washing machine , tumble dryer .
Broughton St has a vast selection of good pub’s and restaurants , artisan bakers , real foods , butcher , fishmonger , chemist and a Tesco extra The flat is a 7 minute walk to Waverly station , 2 minutes to the Omni centre and new St James’s shopping centre . The tram route ( Edinburgh airport) is 2 minutes away at the top of Broughton St .
All bills are included in the rent .

About me the flat mate .
I am 42 so looking to live with professionals mid 30s upwards.
I ‘m a nurse specialist working office hours so I’m out of the flat 7-7 Monday to Friday but in at Weekends. I’m sociable and relatively new to Edinburgh so I’d like to live with someone who perhaps wants to socialise on an evening or weekend but equally has their own life .I’m not looking for a party flat. I’m looking for someone who is likeminded in keeping a quiet , chilled clean flat for somewhere to call home for both of us . Ideally someone who doesn’t work from home full time . Females preferred, No couples only single occupancy, no students, no smokers.
Rent - £790 inclusive of bills .
