Double room available in cosy house

Hi there!

My name is Rebecca and currently have a spare room I’m looking to rent out.

The house is in a quiet part of Edinburgh, but great transport links into the city centre.

I’m looking for either a student or professional and rent includes all bills.

The room is furnished with a double bed, cupboard and under bed storage.

I’m 33 and work full time. I tend to go into the office most days but on occasions will work from home. Looking for someone that has a similar schedule.

I’m very new to house sharing, so ideally someone who likes their own space as well as sharing meals/glass of wine at the end of the day.

I have a cat, poppy. She’s extremely affectionate so someone who’s ok with cats invading their space is welcomed.

The room is currently occupied as my current housemate has bought her own home, amazing for her, very sad for me 🥲so will be available from August onwards.
