The bills range between £40-50 per person, and in winter from £70-90.

The current tenant is 32 years old and works in digital marketing. The preference for a new tenant would be someone with office/hybrid model.

There is a weekly cleaning schedule, and maintaining tidiness and hygiene is essential. This home is not suitable for parties or hosting large groups of people, as it is intended to be a quiet and cosy living space.
