Double room Bills Parking £650 - £700

Hey, I’m George. I’m 20 and about to start my 4th year studying biological sciences at Herriot watt. I’m looking for a student around my age to rent out the second room in a ground floor flat in Leith sometime in early September.

Bout the flat:
I Have a double room to let for the academic year, my family and I just bought it and finished renovating the place. it has a new kitchen, bathroom etc. it’s an old building that used to be a a whisky barrel factory bond in the past. it’s an 18th Century stone building so looks really nice. The place is in the shore, Leith and it's right next to the water so a nice area with lots of bars restaurants etc and around a 10-15min bus ride into town. There are also direct busses that pass napier and go to herriot watt. Trams are 2 min walk away.

It’s going to be a holiday let over the summer so will be fully furnished with a TV in the bedroom, there will also be a desk in the room for studying. And will have a kitchen/Living room area.

Flat available from September until June.

Price includes all bills. Electric, Heating, Internet, Now TV, TV in the bedroom if required. Also, the flat has just been totally refurbished with brand new kitchen and bathroom and totally decorated top to bottom.

All bedding and towels can also be included if required.

There is a brand new washing machine and tumble dryer / fridge freezer / microwave / toaster / kettle / induction hob / electric oven /coffee machine. There is also a lockable space for bikes.

It has been a holiday let for 2 months so has everything you would need in the kitchen including all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc...

Little about me:
I grew up in Edinburgh right by the beach, and am currently studying Biology at HWU, I’m quite an into music and play the piano and trombone. Haven’t played in a while though unfortunately. I like to watch Netflix, Crunchyroll etc. (think everyone does to be fair).

I’m very friendly and easygoing and a massive addict to coffee (so there will be a coffee machine haha). I’ve got ADHD so love a good chat will often bring up very random topics out of nowhere depending on my hyper obsession of the week lol and occasionally procrastinate uni work by deep cleaning the flat. That said I can be fairly introverted as well and like to spend time relaxing in my room or watching tv in the living room. I like to go out drinking or other fun things in edinbugh that. generally prefer pubs over clubs cause I can actually hear people haha. I’m really into technological advancements, random philosophical questions and a bit of politics so expect random facts you will never need throughout the day.

I have 2 lovely cats brother and sister called Than and Zag that are indoor cats and very friendly but the boy (the big white cat) can be very jumpy at times

I’m gay so obviously LGBT friendly.
