Double room near Holyrood Park and Royal Mile

Double room in very central location just off the Royal Mile. The room is a bit funny shaped with two windows (south facing). The street is super quiet, little to no traffic. 5 mins to Holyrood park or Calton Hill.

There is an open plan living & kitchen area. It’s quite a nice social space when people come over.

I have a very friendly cat who lives here. Looking for someone who also likes cats and would be careful not to let him out! Unfortunately he can’t share with other pets.

I work from home still, ideally looking for someone who isn’t working from home most of the time anyway. Weeknights I like to chill, sometimes with some trash tv, cooking, a yoga class etc. On weekends I like to get out and enjoy some nature, brunch and recently enjoying running. Also like going to the gym, calisthenics etc. Like the occasional night out but through the week pretty chill. I’m veggie but not bothered what others eat. My work is environmental related and I’m quite keen on eco friendly products in the home but not strict about it.

Looking for someone to stay for a month or two, as I may be looking to sell the flat later in the year.

There is only one allocated parking space which I use, however there is also permit parking too just outside the door.

The £450 includes bills/council tax.
