Hello! I am looking to sublet my room for the summer, more specifically until September (flexible dates).
The flat is shared by 2 other flatmates (P & R), who will be there during summer. P (25, F) is a chemistry PhD student who enjoys sports and socialising, and R (26, M) is a junior doctor into languages, sports and music. They're both neat and sociable, but also respect each other's space.
The flat is spacious, there's a shared kitchen and separate living room, the bedroom is large with an attached box room. The location is in Marchmont road. The price is £500 per month including bills.
