Very large main bedroom - available end of August

A very large main bedroom in a 4-bedroom apartment will be available for rent from the 1st of September 2022. I will however be moving out on the 23rd of August, and so, you can score an extra week for free! :D

The room is furnished with a double bed, enough cupboards and hanging closet space. It also has a working desk with cupboards and hanging shelves and a couch in the window. The room is honestly quite vast and open. I even stored my bicycle in the room.

The apartment is located on Dalkeith Road, with a bus stop basically on your doorstep. Nicely situated with Holyrood Park close by and halfway in between Edinburgh Main Campus (Old Town) and the Kings Buildings. Local grocery stores and Cameron Toll Shopping Centre are all walking distance.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a shower/bath hybrid. The kitchen has shared shared cutlery, pots and pans. Although it still has a small fridge, it will be upgraded to a large one within this year and already has a large freezer.

The living room (same room as the kitchen) has comfy couches. The apartment building shares a large back yard where you could barbecue or enjoy the sun.

Please note that bills are not included, but is split between the tenants. This being said, it mostly work out to be between 25-30 pounds per month.

Short-term contracts is allowed, but is limited to a 28-day notice period.
