Double Room in Newbuild Home

Females only- no couples.

The room is a double-sized room kitted out with a double bed with storage underneath, 2 bedside table, a full-length mirror and a TV. You will have a private bathroom with a bath and shower right next door to your room.
The rest of the house consists of a cozy and modern living room and a kitchen diner which is fully fitted out with everything you may need.

I'm around a 30-minute bus ride into the city, 10 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes from Arthurs's seat. The house is on a very safe estate and is super quiet, but with great links to the city center.

I am a very sociable person and I work from home for half of the week. I like to keep busy in the evenings and weekends so not in 24/7. I keep the house clean and tidy, I love the space and would really like you to do the same!

I have 2 cats, Flash & Blaze who are very friendly- they do not go on worktops etc. They’re very sociable and think everybody is their friend.
