The flat is well insulated from noise and is a very peaceful place to live. The room has a wardrobe and cupboards and has room for a small desk. There is also a nice shared garden that gets sunlight for the first half of the day. It is close to the Botanic Gardens and Inverleith Park and is well connected by public transport and the old railway cycle paths. It is available from now.
A tenant is needed for a minimum of 3 months with potential for extension beyond this time.
