The rent is £ 550 which includes the bills (Council Tax, Wifi, electricity). The room is spacious, with lots of natural light.
The area is lovely and quiet, the University of Edinburgh is only a 15 minute walk and the flat is close to Newington Road, which has lots of good links to transport. A little about myself - I like to socialise, read, cook and watch TV shows. In my spare time I also enjoy travelling and drawing comics.
