Looking for a quiet flatmate

Hey I've been living in this flat for over a year, my current flatmate is moving out so looking to replace her. Flat is very cosy, quiet and clean, you will have your own bathroom with shower over bath plus a cupboard on the hall where actually you could turn into a walking wardrobe as in the bedroom is not really space to put a wardrobe, you only have a double bed, and the chestdrawers that you see in the pics, shared kitchen/living room.
I'm really looking for someone clean and very quiet, no parties, no friends coming over to stay till late at night please, I work 6/7days per week so I would like my evenings to come home to chill and sleep without being disturbed by too much noise, I respect someone else privacy so i would expect the same.
Council tax included into the rent which is £400p/m ,you will have to get your own internet supply and the electricity&gas is by top -up depends of use. usually is £80-£85p/m but we will share it between the two of us.
Not suitable for pets or couples.
No garden/outdoor space, parking available for residents, second floor flat with elevator, very clean&quiet area, Lochend Park is great park to chill, bus stop to City Centre is literally across the street.
