Double room next to Leith Walk

Note: This room is available now. The room is only available until Christmas/New Year but timescales can be flexible for a bit more or less depending on the person.

I have a spare double room in a ground floor flat just off Leith Walk ready to let out. The area is quiet despite being just off the Walk and close to shops, pubs and restaurants. Plenty of bus stops nearby and will be close to the tram when finished.

The room has a small desk with overhead shelves, bedside locker and chest of drawers. There is a built in wardrobe with a rail and a large storage shelf. The bed lifts up for extra storage. One shared bathroom and also a full stocked kitchen and living room.

I'm an Irish guy that works just outside the city, though I mainly working from home. I like to live with someone who I can get on with and chat with sometimes and keeps the place relatively tidy. My partner also tends to stay over a night or two each week and sometimes I will have friends or family over. I would expect anyone living with me to be able to do the same.

Bills are around £135 per month (this is £90 electricity, £150 council tax and £25 internet split between two people) but total would depend on how much electricity is used. Note this is a lodger setup rather than a tenancy.

Bonus points if you're willing to join a pub quiz team on a Monday evening as we could do with a new teammate. Our arts and movie knowledge in particular is pretty poor! :)
