Only a 5-10 minute walk to Easter Road with plenty bus services in the area (19,21,25,34,49 - the 34 stops on the street).

I currently rent the flat through a private landlord and the spare room will be available from 10th June 2022 - current flatmate is moving out. I am very easy going and releaxed individual who likes to maintain a clean and tidy flat so ideally looking for someone with the same who can respect the space.

The total rent is £750 (£375.00 each) and Council Tax band B (£64.50 each) per month. Virgin Media Broadband is £24.00 per month (£12.00 each) and electricity/gas is roughly around £100 per month total.

Deposit will be £375 to cover half the deposit which will be refunded to current tenant.

Ideally looking for someone who is also a working professional but open to discussion :-)
