Room w private bathroom in a lovely, spacious flat

Our flatmate is moving back home, so a double room has become available and is ready for move-in from the start of July!

Rent is £490 (includes broadband) plus bills. Deposit of £490. Long term tenant and professionals/Over 25 preferred for council tax purposes.

The flat has a great location in the Haymarket/Dalry area, tucked behind Haymarket Station. It's about a 15-minute walk to Princes Street, 10-minute walk to Fountainbridge/Union Canal, and there is a Lidl and Co-op super close by as well. The flat is on the ground floor and is on a cul-de-sac off the main road, so it’s nice and quiet. We also have a private parking space with the flat.

The room available has a really comfy double bed with under bed storage, chest of drawers and a generously sized storage cupboard. It also has a private bathroom, with a bath and shower and would only be shared if we had people over (but they can also use our en-suite!)

There's a spacious open plan living room/kitchen area that has two big comfy sofas as well as a TV. The kitchen has a gas hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space.

About us - We’re a couple (24 and 28 years old) and both work full-time in professional sport. We’re pretty easy going, and enjoy hanging out, watching tv, heading out for food and drinks and having friends round for brunch at the weekends and travelling when we can! We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, but we’re easy to get along with (we like to think) and looking for someone who is the same!

We currently work mostly on a 2/3 day hybrid working pattern, and we often work out of the living room during the daytime Monday to Friday, so the room may be better suited to someone office based (but we could always have a chat about this!).
