Flatmate moving in with partner so I have a room available in my lovely flat.
The room is a double room which comes with 2 bedside tables, a decent sized chest of drawers and a walk in wardrobe (you will need to bring your own bed!) Rent is £555.01 pm which excludes council tax/bills. The flat is located just along the waterfront between Newhaven harbour and Wardie Bay with easy access to the City centre and the Airport. Available from October 24th.
You'd be sharing with me (Sarah). I work full time as a Primary School teacher in Edinburgh and love cooking, going out for food and drinks, and sea swimming.
I'm looking to share the flat with someone who will keep the flat clean and tidy. As well as someone who is happy to hang out together over a drink/meal but also respecting each others space.
