I have a beautiful double room with en-suite shower and toilet, with new bed, floor to ceiling windows with views of the hills, in a stunning modern flat in West Edinburgh. Kitchen/diner/lounge has corner balcony. Two friendly cats who would love some attention! Great transport links. I am a friendly easy-going live-in landlord working full time for the Scottish Government and i am out/away a fair bit. My bedroom/bathroom is on the upper floor (it’s a duplex) so you would have a lot of space and privacy. . It’s very quiet and safe/secure and really a great place to live.
