Lovely double bedroom in a quiet street but a step away from Leith walk and 15 mins walk to the centre. The bedroom is specious, bright as has window to the back garden, it will come with a wardrobe & bed, the rest of the furniture is mine.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, large living room, a small from garden and a huge shared back garden.

I'm moving out and looking for somebody to take my room, my flatmate is clean, easy going and social but quiet and respectful. The landlords are the nicest and most helpful people we met and the neighbours are great too.
Looking for someone nice who treats a flat like a home.

Bills per head; council tax £66, gas and electricity around £50 a month, internet & tv was £16.
