Short Term Let Close to Edinburgh City Centre

Hi, we're Jenny and Victoria and we are looking for a 3rd flatmate who would be interested in a 2-month short term let for the months of August and September in our 3-bedroom 3rd floor Edinburgh flat.

We have both been living in the flat for almost 3 years and are planning to move out at the end of September. Our 3rd flatmate had to leave a little earlier so we are hoping to find someone to take on the 3rd room until we leave at the end of September.

The flat is just north of the city on the border between New Town and Stockbridge and not far from the Botanical Gardens or Inverleith Park. It is a 25min walk from the Royal Mile, a 15min walk to Princes Street and a 5min walk into the heart of Stockbridge. It is close to a bus stop as well as multiple little shops and cafes. The flat is in a nice quiet location but it is so easy to get to the centre of the city from here. So whether you're looking for somewhere to base yourself for the fringe in August or hoping for somewhere short term whilst looking for more permanent accommodation- this could be the perfect option for you!

We are both professionals working in the medical field and have busy jobs. We are always up for a chat but equally like to respect each others space. We like to keep the flat relatively tidy so would hope that any flatmate would be respectful of this and do the same.

The room itself is light with a large window and wooden floors. There is a small double bed, decorative fireplace, chest of drawers, wardrobe, small desk and bedside table.

The rent is £550pcm. This does not include bills. Here is a list of the estimated monthly bills per person:
- Council tax: £66/month
- Internet: £8/month
- Gas/Electricity £50/month (changes depending on usage).
