1 Double Bedroom and Main Bathroom For Rent

I am looking for a new flatmate to move into my flat on 19th July 2022. This would preferably be a working professional who is clean and tidy like myself. I also have a quiet, well trained husky.

There is a large double bedroom available and private main bathroom as I have the en-suite. The flat is situated just north of the city with an easy 10 min bus journey to the west end and a large Morrisons supermarket a 5 minute walk away.

There is a shared kitchen, large living and dining room, as well as plenty of storage. The flat also has a parking space in the secure garage. The council tax is band E.

I am renting through a letting agency so details would be passed onto them for credit and reference checks to create the lease. Bills are not included in the rent but come to around £200 per person.

Apologies there’s no pictures of the room or main bathroom as my flatmate is in the process of packing.
