Double room in a friendly flat in New Town

This is a large double room in a friendly, basement flat in New Town. The room has a large desk by the window (perfect for home working or studying), and is fully furnished with a wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers, and a shelving unit. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room (complete with TV and board games!), and plenty of extra shared storage space in two walk-in closets.

The flat is super central, with very easy access to both Princes Street and Stockbridge. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Waverley Station. The flat has a small, enclosed garden at the back and a courtyard at the front, which are both great places for spending time outside.

You’ll be sharing with 2 other flatmates - both very easy going and friendly young professionals. Unfortunately, I’m moving out to live elsewhere in town and I’ll be sad to leave this flat behind! I’m looking for someone to replace me who is friendly, tidy and respectful. The move in date is the 28th July.
