Spacious double room in top floor apartment with a stunning view over the Firth of Forth across to Fife. There's a built-in wardrobe, new bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bedside tables and desk in the room.

The large living room has a large comfortable sofa, dining table and benches, TV with all Sky, Netflix, and Amazon Prime shows. There's broadband throughout the flat.

The flat is on Albany Street, one of Edinburgh's most beautiful and historic streets. It's a just 5-minute walk from the St. James Centre, St. Andrew's Square, Princess Street and Waverly Station.  

Bill's are council tax (£160), Gas (around £80), and Electric (around £40) per month at the moment and we'd split those. They may go up a bit when there are two of us in the flat.

You'll be living with me, a friendly and laid-back person working as a software company's commercial manager. I work from home Mon-Fri and walk Noodle a Cairn Terrier x Poodle in the evenings, go out for drinks and watch movies and TV shows.

Noodle appreciates hanging out and walks if you like but there's no obligation to do so!
