Double room in beautiful Corstorphine

The room is close to Edinburgh Zoo, with easy bus links into town and to the airport. Close to amenities such as a Tesco superstore and Co-op. If you drive, there is free parking available by the property.
Since I'm a student, I would be looking for a student to move in (council tax reasons). A bit about the me and the flat. I'm a full time student, who loves the outdoors and charity shop browsing. I don't drink and am not a party person, so ideally I would like a flatmate who is similar in their lifestyle. In terms of the flat, all bills are included in the price, such as rent, gas/electric and broadband.
