Room available in Broughton (animal lovers only!)

We are seeking a third roommate to join us in our 3 bedroom flat in the Broughton area of Edinburgh from mid-June. You will be sharing with two mid-twenties professionals, Maddie (she/her, American) and Tess (she/her, Australian). Maddie works hybrid and Tess works full time on site.

We are tidy, quiet, and LGBTQ-friendly flatmates who like a good chat or an outing once in a while, but tend to keep to ourselves for the most part. We're looking for someone likeminded to contribute to the flat's good vibes. 😎

You must be cat-friendly as Maddie has a two-year-old cat named Henry who is very friendly and energetic.

Rent for the room is £515 excluding bills and council tax (Band D). Students are welcome if they are willing to contribute to council tax. We are looking for someone who is planning to stay until at least the end of July 2027 due to the lease.
