Room available in Broughton (animal lovers only!)

We are seeking a third roommate to join us in our 3 bedroom flat in the Broughton area of Edinburgh from mid-June. You will be sharing with two mid-twenties professionals, Maddie (she/her, American) and Tess (she/her, Australian). Maddie works hybrid and Tess works full time on site.

We are tidy, quiet, and LGBTQ-friendly flatmates who like a good chat or an outing once in a while, but tend to keep to ourselves for the most part. We're looking for someone likeminded to contribute to the flat's good vibes. 😎

You must be cat-friendly as Maddie has a cat named Henry who is very friendly and energetic.

Rent for the room is £515 excluding bills and council tax (Band D). Students are welcome if they are willing to contribute to council tax. Looking for someone who is wanting a long term rental.
