Double Room available in bright West end Flat

Hello!

My name is Sam, I am a 27 year old professional who works in Finance.

I have a double room available in the bright 2 bed flat I have been renting for 3 months in the West End of Edinburgh. The flat is a 2 minute walk from Haymarket station and the tram stop. The flat is located in the West end so super close to bars, restaurants and the water of leith if you need a dose of nature!

The flat has a large living room, kitchen and a shared bathroom. I have lived in this part of town for 4 years and love it. The flat is great but with the cost of living it doesn’t make any sense renting on my own.

The room itself is a really good size with loads of storage. In the pictures you can see it’s two large single beds that zip together to make a super king. I have spoken to the agency to replace this with a double bed if you would prefer to allow more space.

A bit about me, I live a pretty busy life. I love playing sports, eating out and seeing friends. I’m clean and tidy. I love cooking and music. Happy to meet up for a drink to see if we get on and show you round the flat!
