Double Room + En-suite

Room: Double En-suite (Bathroom not attached to the room/is the visitor bathroom. Two residents, with two bathrooms.)

Location: EH7, near St James Centre at the top of Leith Walk

Buses/Walking: 20 min walk to Princes Street and buses to Edinburgh Campus are very regular, only take about 15 minutes. Buses to Heriot Watt stop off the street.

Currently, there is only me (fourth year) staying but the flat itself has 2 1/2 bedrooms. My sister returns to live in the flat for summer holidays, so the room will be rented for academic year only (this is flexible for when your exams end.) If it’s going to be an ongoing contract, we have the box room to store luggage and belongings for your return.

Pets: We currently have an axlotl and a fish tank

Availability: Available from November (flexible)

Rent: £800 including bills. I’d definitely prefer a student so that we can avoid council tax!
