Looking for a flatemate to share my cozy 2nd floor flat. The room is available from February 2026. Has a shared kitchen and bathroom and room is furnished. No living room. The flat is in the heart of the city - minutes from the lovely Meadows park and the bustling West End - and a 10 minute walk from the main George Square Edinburgh Uni campus. Is on a main street with bus stops right outside. With plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep.

Bills included- fibre optic broadband and council tax
Bills not included - electricity/gas - these are split between us

Zone permit parking (Application and payment to Edinburgh City Council).

I’m a friendly, easy going doctoral student female in late 30s. I enjoy being outdoors whether it’s cycling or hiking and also enjoy relaxed evenings in watching a film.

Would appreciate someone who is respectful of personal space and who is clean and tidy. Would particularly suit a PhD/Masters/visiting student. It's a queer friendly flat.

Female preferred as I am female.
