Hello, I have a double room available in St. Leonard’s, located between George Square and Arthur Seat, the flat is located in the ideal position for another student, the meadows and pleasance gym are also a 5 minute walk away.

I’m a mature student going into my 3rd year at University of Edinburgh.

Please note my agency requires that I have the contract signed along with first payment by the 21st of August and require a guarantor
