Double room in flatshare near the meadows

Double Bedroom in a 3-bedroom flat share situated in Tollcross. 10 minute walk to George square (Edinburgh university), shops, cafes, and bars. Less than 10 minute walk to the Grassmarket, and 5 minutes away from the meadows. Ideal for University of Edinburgh or University of Naper students.

The flat is fairly new. The bedroom being advertised has access to a small private balcony southward facing, so there is a lot of natural light. You will share the bathroom with another, while the third flatmate has access to his own ensuite.

The two other flatmates are welcoming students, so we are looking for another student to move in.

The current tenancy will terminate on the 12th September, however I will be technically moving out at the end of August so there is some buffer room to move in earlier if needed. You must complete referencing within 14 days (i. e. by the 29th August) and a new lease will be created for you to move in formally on the 12th September. Bills come out at around £10 for wifi, gas and electricity are currently around £40, so around £50 pcm.
