Large Double Room to Rent in Edinburgh City Centre

We have a large double room to rent about a 10 minute walk away from Edinburgh City Centre. The flat is situated just off of Harrison Park, Fountainbridge and Dalry areas of Edinburgh, meaning there are lots of amenities nearby such as multiple bus routes leading in and out of the city, a park, supermarkets, pharmacies, a cinema, bars and pubs, and a gym. The flat itself has a large shared living room and a smaller shared kitchen, along with a large shared garden. Your room would be the second largest double room out of the three beds in the flat and is right next to one of two bathrooms in the flat. The flat comes with a private parking space but also can accommodate street parking with a parking permit. There is also a washer/dryer for clothes and a dishwasher for dishes. Bills are not included and average around £40 a month.

Currently in the flat is myself (Georgia) and a male (Daniel). We are both students of Edinburgh Napier University studying Criminology with Law and English respectively. We would be looking for another student for council tax reasons. We both enjoy cooking, watching movies, having a drink at the pub and socialising in general, but are conscious of each others space and respect each others privacy.
