Double bedroom in Stockbridge

The flat is right in the middle of Stockbridge, good sized living room, a terrace on the roof, and a bus stop one minute walk away. Rent is £650 p/m which is a decent price for the place and location. If you're familiar with the area the Glenogle swim centre is also pretty good and a short walk away. Landlady is really good with maintenance requests and all that, I've been renting with her for a while without issue.

Ideally you would be available to pay rent and bills starting December 1 (to save me from paying for the whole flat hahaha), but you obviously don't have to move in by then. If it’s a good fit could chance asking the landlady to work something out for a move in the new year. There's a desk in the living room, if you are hybrid/WFH.

As for me I work in financial services and have been in Edinburgh for a few years now, I’ve got some interests on the ad but feel free to ask me any questions :)
