Double bedroom in Stockbridge

It's the festive period so apologies for any delayed response times!

One bedroom available in a flat in Stockbridge. The flat is right in the middle of Stockbridge, good sized living room, a terrace on the roof, and a bus stop one minute walk away. Decent rate for the place in today's market. Landlady is really good with maintenance requests and all that, I've been renting with her for a few years.

Ideally you would be available to pay rent and bills starting in Feb (rent etc is due 1st of each month), you should be able to move in before 1 Feb. I would also prefer someone in an in-office or hybrid working role, as I work from home 1/2 days each week. I also take professional exams, so would prefer someone who would respect the space/keep things quieter in crunch time (I love to procrastinate so exam crunch time would probably only be a couple of weeks). Apart from that yeah have friends over etc

As for me I work in financial services (you don't have to), I've got some interests put down on the ad as shared interests and all that always make things easier!
