Double bedroom in Stockbridge

Hello! I know it's the Fringe but please note this is not a short term let, and only available from 1 September.

The flat is right in the middle of Stockbridge, good sized living room, a terrace on the roof, and a bus stop one minute walk away. Base rent is £650 p/m which is a bit of a steal for the flat and location.

Landlady is really good with maintenance requests and all that, I've been renting with her for a while without issue. Current flatmate is moving to cut down his work commute but has had no issues with her either.

Ideally you would be available to pay rent and bills starting September 1 but you obviously don't have to move in by then. There's a desk in the living room, if you are hybrid/WFH.

As for me, I work in financial services and have been in Edinburgh for a few years now, I’ve got some interests on the ad but feel free to ask me any questions :)

I'm doing a bit of holiday travelling just now, just back from Copenhagen and should be away again shortly so please allow for a slight delay in responses and organising viewings, but I should be aiming for viewings week starting 10th August if that works.

Council tax is band E
Electricity only - there is no gas in the building
