Double bedroom in Stockbridge

Hello!

The flat is right in the middle of Stockbridge, good sized living room, a terrace on the roof, and a bus stop one minute walk away. Decent rate for the place in today's market. If you're familiar with the area the Glenogle swim centre is pretty good and a short walk away. Landlady is really good with maintenance requests and all that, I've been renting with her for a while without issue.

Ideally you would be available to pay rent and bills starting in December (rent etc is due 1st of each month). There's a desk in the living room, if you are hybrid/WFH. Flatmate is moving to Australia for work and is quite busy getting that sorted but he should hopefully be around to answer any questions you'd have about the room, parking etc.

As for me I work in financial services, I've got some interests put down on the ad as shared interests and all that always make things easier!
