Description
We have a lovely double room with ample storage available in the Tollcross/Meadows area of the city centre.
You'll be sharing with Fiona (25, loves photography, fashion, yoga and enjoys a night out as much as a night in) and Tony (36, loves adventuring outdoors, nature and sport). We are both easy going, chatty and enjoy a get together in the kitchen for a blether.
We would love to share with someone who is kind and thoughtful and generally likes to keep the place tidy.
It would be great if you were looking to stay medium/long term.
The room is a double with plenty of storage and a window overlooking a quiet back garden with trees. There is also double glazing in the whole flat and it's on the top floor.
The flat is located just off the Meadows and has plenty of cute cafes and shops nearby and lots of bus links. Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco, Scotmid, Co-op and Real Foods are less than 5 mins walk from the flat and Lidl is a 20 min walk. View of the castle is just at the end of the road. Princess Street and both Haymarket and Waverley Station are easily accessible.
Rent is £530pm and a deposit of one month's rent is payable up front. Council tax and gas/electricity come to about £100 each and Virgin Media (£17.49pp) is payable with the rent each month.
