Flatmate Needed Starting Sept 1

I’m moving to Edinburgh at the end of August to start a Postgrad degree at the University. I’m looking for someone (ideally also a graduate student) to share this flat.

This is a beautiful place situated right near the center of the city and is practically within walking distance to everything.

It is fully furnished and has an equipped kitchen. It also has high speed broadband. No gas either, all heating is electric.

As far as the financials go…The rent will be £700 per month and will not include utilities. An upfront deposit of £850 is required. This includes one month of rent (£700) and a £150 cleaning deposit (potentially refundable). Utilities will be split evenly at the end of each month.

As for me, I’m a 34 year old from the USA. I’m doing a masters program in ecological economics. I’m a social guy, but I’m not a partier. Ideally I’d love to spend the weekends exploring the countryside of Scotland
