Hello to you all,
As I am going abroad to see my family my room will be available, for 1 month. There is also opportunities to stay maybe longer if circumstances changes as I'm looking to move out to Livingston in my return.
A friendly guy here and looking for a clean, tidy person to rent out my spare bedroom. The person must be LGBTQ-friendly. I am the owner of the flat but I would prefer to have a flatmate so that I can have a conversation from time to time, and a sociable person at least from time to time (this is not necessary, as I won't be here and if I move out won't mind other person rather than being clean and responsible person. We should respect each other's privacy and not judge, as I want to enjoy living here as well as I want the person to enjoy staying here too. Price available for discussions as I'm considering any type of renting, such as 7 days a week or Monday to Fridays or a few days a week.
The flat is located at Niddrie Mill Drive in case you cannot access the map in the spare room, so can check your destinations. Also, check locations yourself but take at least 5 minutes off from it as Google Maps is not that accurate. For example, if the bus stop is 2 minutes closer it won't show other bus stops at different streets 5 min walk away, which could be a 10 min quicker bus ride.
Included bills are; the internet, electricity and council tax. Broadband/internet is the virgin. The flat is a maisonette, with two bedrooms and two storeys and it's attached to one flat next to it and has a back garden for sunny days to chill. The flat has a washing machine, electric cooker, fridge freezer, iron and iron board, complete kitchen equipment for cooking and massive storage space probably more than you need.
Some of the locations from the flats: Approximately less than 10 min walks to Forth Kinnard retail park. it is massive and has loads of shops. Probably you won't be required to go anywhere else for shopping. Asda is less than 10 min and Lidl is about a 15-minute walk and ~25 minutes walk to Portobello Beach. Bus stops are just a minute away from the house and can take you city centre ~15/20 min or other locations. Those bus numbers are 2, 30, 4, x5, x6, x7, 21 and 49.
Smokers are well come but I'm afraid to have to smoke outside.
