Hey folks

Currently looking for a quiet, clean and responsible Professional or Post Graduate to share this flat with, as my current flatmate is moving out.

The bedroom is available at £800pcm. The flat is within walking distance of Edinburgh University and Kings Buildings. It is close to a major bus route with easy access to the city centre. Additionally there are a lot of good food places nearby and the Meadows isn't far off.

The flat is a furnished ground floor flat. It is located in a quiet conservation area of the Grange.

Additionally there is a study which I use to work from, but there is plenty of room for it to be a co-working space. The kitchen is also fully furnished and comes with a washer+ dryer, microwave, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Also gas cooker for all the best cooking.

Bills are not included in the rent. Students do not pay Council tax (Band F).

A bit about me, I work as a Software Developer remotely, so tend to work in the office, or a cafe if the motivation kicks in. I am pretty active and spend a fair bit of my outdoor time rowing or climbing. When back home, usually I am found cooking or doing a spot of painting (not as cool as it sounds).
