Shared bathroom, kitchen, and dining area looking out to the garden. Nature Reserve outside back garden gate. Shared with myself and my recently graduated Grandson. LGBT friendly 😍

Buses to Edinburgh, station and City & University buildings: nos. 3 and 29 takes about 15-20 mins. door to door. Morrisons supermarket and bus stop is a 5 mins. walk from the house. A no. 18 bus goes directly to the airport and takes just under 1 hour.

Rent is £600 paid monthly in advance by online bank standing order. All utility bills included and a share of Council Tax £55 is paid monthly if you are not a student.
No smoking, no pets and sorry no visitors to the house, Please socialise outside of the house as it is a home and quiet space to relax and study.🥰
