Quiet Double Bedroom+ Boxroom bedroom in Trinity

I am renting a quiet double bedroom with a view to the garden in a two bedroom flat,. located in Trinity. #23 Bus stop is less that 40 meters from main door. Close to shops, pharmacy, supermarket and beautiful cycling path. Street parking is free.
I will be traveling abroad until July 2025 so the person who rents the room will be having the hole flat for her/him until then. I may come for a week during this time. and stay in the box room but while I am not in the flat the person can use this room.
All bills (including Council tax and high speed internet) are included in the monthly fee.
I recently did a renovation of the small kitchen, installed new eco boiler, and everything in the flat is in very good condition.
I am looking for a postgraduate student or professional who would take good care of the flat and keep it clean and tidy. I am a friendly and relaxed person who loves animals and enjoys nature, trekking, traveling and volunteering abroad.
