Flat situated on the second floor.

At the flat are 3 rooms
Myself in first room, Pablo , I'm a professional worker usually working Monday till Friday
A female flatmate (25) professional worker also in the second room
Third room is the once I'm renting

Im looking for someone short term or around maximum 6 months ideally

Just because the other flatmate fell more comfortable if there is other female flatmate

In the flat it’s NO LIVING ROOM (kitchen and bathroom only)

No couples/No pets/ No smoke. No alcohol.

Double glazing/Central heating and internet

The flat it's always clean and tidy.
And a quiet place. No party flat.
