Each room is named after a well-known street in Edinburgh’s city centre, giving the space a personal, local touch. This is a vegetarian, non-smoking household.

The available bedroom comes furnished with a plush bed and orthopaedic mattress, a bedside table, a seating area by the window, and a clothes rack. You’ll also have a table, vanity, and full-length mirror. Please note, the room is currently set up as a guest bedroom in the photos with decorative touches—these will be removed before your stay.

The Property is in a traditional period building on the 3rd floor, just 100 yards from a main bus route and tram terminal, making it very convenient for getting around. There’s also a shared garden space for all residents to enjoy. High-speed Wi-Fi is installed. Bills are not included in the rent.

A bit about me—I’m James, a local professional in my mid-30s. I live in the property and will be conducting viewings. I’m relaxed, sociable, and respectful.
