The flat is modern, bright and warm with a large kitchen/living/dining room area which opens up onto a private balcony. It's located at the entrance to a Hawkhill Close which is a quite modern development 5 minutes from Easter Road. There is also an free parking for residents in the close and free underground parking.
The two current tenants are Jake and Ben who a 30 year old working professional and 25 year old PhD student. Both are both pretty chilled, clean and tidy guys who are fairly decent craic.

The room will be available from the 7th of January (although a week or so earlier is possible) and will cost the following each month
