The room is a cosy double bedroom with a built in mirror wardrobe furnished with a double bed, large chest or drawers and 1 small set of drawers. The shower-room is shared with one other housemate.
The flat is modern, bright and warm with a large kitchen/living/dining room area which opens up onto a private balcony. It's located at the entrance to a Hawkhill Close which is a quite modern development 5 minutes from Easter Road. There is also an free parking for residents in the close and free underground parking.
The two current tenants are Alex (myself) and Jake who are both working professional males aged 32 and 28. We are both pretty chilled, clean and tidy guys who are fairly decent craic (we think).

The room will be available from the 1st of August and will cost the following each month
