Double bedroom with a nice view towards Fife

I am looking for a flatmate.

The room looks actually better than on the photos, I have added new furniture and I need to take proper photos!

There is my cat living here and I want someone mature and responsible, as soon I will be often away working (usually 3-4 days in a row once, twice or even three times every month). The Cat's opinion of you will matter! (I know you can take it if you know what Cats are like).

I am an artist and a life coach in my 30ties.

There are two pianos in the living room. The living room is just being renovated and I am buying a new cooker this month. I cook a lot ! Kitchen is spacious and you're welcome to cook as much as you wish. Your bedroom is upstairs, facing North if you prefer a great view, but you could have the other one with big windows facing South if that's your preference.

The flat is 20 min by bike from Haymarket Station, 15 by car from Shandwick Place and 10 min by foot to the seaside (20 min walk to Cramond). Free car park at the back of the building.
