Flatmate wanted, Fountainbridge/ Polwarth

Hiya! I am looking for a future flatmate move in for June time. I have a lovely spacious double bedroom available for a new flatmate to live with me in the central Polwarth/ Fountainbridge area of Edinburgh. My current flatmate is moving so, I am looking for a new tenant to fill my flatmates room. The flat is a 2-bed flat. I would hopefully be looking for a young professional of similar age for council tax purposes.

The flat is located along the main bus routes including 300 bus to the airport, a 5 minute walk away, 15 minutes to Haymarket and 5 minute walk to a Lidl & Sainsbury’s. Bruntsfield and the meadows are a 15-25 minute walk away.

The flat has been updated in the past few years and has a shared living room and kitchen area, bathroom, separate shower room, washing machine & separate freezer, access to the rear garden and is located on the first floor. The room has a king size bed, a large wardrobe, fireplace, bedside table and space for a desk/ chair.

I am a friendly 28 year old female who is easy going person who equally enjoys being social in the flat as having my own space. I am currently working as a physiotherapist at the Royal Infirmary so would be out of the flat most of the day!
I moved to Edinburgh from Ireland and love exploring the city. I love going for walks/ runs and visiting the many cafes and coffee shops around. I enjoy hiking and cycling up in the Pentlands.

The rent (excluding bills) would be split equally at £500 per person pcm.
