Looking for professional female flatmate who is friendly and tidy to join me in a recently renovated apartment.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and fully residential development close to the Waterfront area in Granton.
The area has frequent bus connections (22, 16, 9, 19) to city centre and Leith. Also close to Lidl, Morrison, ASDA and a gym centre.
The apartment is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with controlled entry set and alarm system.
It has a large open plan living area combining a lounge and kitchen. The lounge is connected to a wide front porch- (fabulous view from there).
The flatmate will have a double bedroom with their personal bathroom ( shown in attached images).
The double bedroom up for rent is shown in picture and has a double bed with under bed storage, a large mirrored double wardrobe, bedside table, office chair and table.
The bathroom is properly luminated, has a new bath with shower and mirror as seen in the picture.
PRO - The bedroom is connected and leads to the back porch/garden.
BILLS
The rent is inclusive of Council tax band E & Wifi.
Electricity and Gas bills are not included and will be split equally.
Deposit is for safe keep purpose and will be returned at end of tenancy.
ABOUT ME
I am a young professional working most days from home. So would ideally like to share the apartment with someone who can keep working hours ( 9 - 5 p. m) a bit quiet.
I love my space being tidy and I am easy to live with. Also, enjoy music, cooking special dishes, taking refreshing walks.
ABOUT YOU
I am hoping this flat can provide a homely experience so will love to give the space to a female who is independent but happy to make the space her home too. Must be considerate and tidy.
Although my expected move in date is July 1st, I can consider a later date for the right person.
