Hey folks,

My current flatmate is moving out, leaving the second bedroom with a double bed available. From June 1st approximately.

The flat is a two bedroom with an open plan kitchen/living room. on the ground floor of a terraced block. There is a front garden and south facing shared backyard. We have some furniture and a barbeque in the yard.

You will be sharing with myself, a male third year PhD student, so students preferred to avoid council tax. Bills + internet are ~£75/month. Pets are welcome, as a previous flatmate had a dog too.
