Luxury Room with en-suite

Room available from Friday 19th of April 2024.

I’m the live in landlord and I work from home full time in the dining area. The livingroom is only for me as my office is set up inbetween the livingroom and dining room. I have dogs, so you need to be comfortable with them. You will have full access to the kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer and the other mod cons in the kitchen. The flat is in immaculate condition and I expect it to be kept this way. Please note that this flat is not a party flat and a non smoking. No couples, no people with pets.

You will have your own bedroom with all bedding, towels and your own bathroom. The bedroom has just been recently decorated. Gas and electric is also included in the price along with high speed broadband and access to Netflix.
