Looking for someone to take on my room in a flatshare in Fountainbridge area (EH3 9PU). Perfect central location - just off Lothian Road with easy access to shops, bars, city centre, buses, and the Meadows! Flatmates are lovely and really easygoing - I'm only moving out because I was staying here temporarily as an exchange student.
The flat has a nice, shared kitchen/dining room, hallway, and two bathrooms (both with showers). Everything needed (kitchen appliances, tableware, TV etc.) is already in the flat. The room itself is facing a quiet carpark and has direct sunlight most of the day.
Rent is £380/month excluding bills. Bills are typically around £75 per month (energy, council tax and WiFi).
The room is available from the 15th of December – I prefer if someone can take it from then.
Viewings by appointment only – either by video or in person.
