1 month short term flatmate move in asap

Hello,

We are looking for a flatmate to rent a spare room in our ground-floor flat. The room is available now for a short-term stay of one month only.

You will have shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The flat is conveniently located, with a swimming pool, gym, supermarkets, and bus stops just a 2-minute walk away.

The rent is £550 per month, plus £120 to cover water, energy bills, and broadband.

We are seeking a mature, clean, and considerate flatmate who values a well-maintained living environment. Please note that pets and children are not allowed.
