It would be nice to have someone who is up for dinners or hanging out sometimes , we respect each other’s privacy though of course:) we also have a large double room and projector to watch films
The flat is big with a common kitchen , and the toilet separated from the bathroom. looking for a new flatmate that is clean, organised and non-smoking. Ideally professionals for council tax reasons, however we would consider students upon some conditions.

The private landlord may ask, along with the passport, for pre settlement / settlement status
