Double Room in Terraced House Newcraighall

Double room for single person in small house with free parking. House is located in very quite, cul-de-sac. 5 min walk from Fort Kinnard, good bus connection. Kitchen, bathroom, big wardroob in room.
Rent is from May to August. However, I am considering for the right person to stay longer.

Please be aware that the room is for a single person only. I dont smoke so I am looking for a non smoker. I am a quite down to Earth person; peace and mutual respect is very important too me.

I am a middle aged profesional working a lot of hours. I do full time accounting job, Wednesday and Thursday I work at my office, other days I work from home and I also have a second job; three weekends per month I work in social care. Therefore, I am away often including days and nights. I love outdoor activities especially kayaking, trekking and travelling with my friend Marcin that you would potentially meet. I am very open minded and I do not mind where are you from.

My previous tennant was from Zimbabwe and was staying with me for almost 3 years . House is small and so we need to respect quiet especially in late hours . No parties or hanging friends.
